The financial picture of a business is the basis for every decision its owner makes. Too many small businesses run on books that are months behind, and only discover the real numbers when the IRS sends a notice. US Tax Clarity exists to close that gap.
Our mission
US Tax Clarity provides full-cycle bookkeeping and US tax preparation for small and mid-sized businesses, with the deepest specialization in eCommerce sellers on Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart, plus foreign founders of US LLCs and corporations.
My specialty is the kind of tax work most generalists won't touch - Form 5472 for foreign-owned LLCs, multi-member 1065 packages, full S-Corp 1120-S returns, and multi-state sales tax for Amazon and Shopify sellers. I also support CPA firms that need outsourced bookkeeping and tax-prep capacity.
